December 7th 2011- After lots of talk of sledding and shooting some early season photos, it finally worked out for Andrew Jackson and I to get out on our sleds and go explore a bit. Andrew, craig Tremblay, and Leah Winhold were the crew for the day. Even though it ended up being cloudy and grey for most of the day we all had a blast.
We started out with a quick little build of a little jump out of the tress for Andrew and Craig to hit. Then after they each got a photo on this feature we headed up to top of Sproatt. Go figure it was sunny and nice about 100m above where we were messing around for most of the day! We all got a couple of laps in on our boards, even with the snow not being the greatest it was way more fun than being at a resort.
After watching and shredding during an amazing sunset. We enjoyed a cold drink and some some lunch/dinner which was supposed to be hotdogs on a fire, but ended up being muffler dogs instead. It was a great day with awesome people and can’t wait to go back.
